Last-Minute Gifts for Her

Last-minute gifts for her that do not depend on shipping: experiences, memberships and subscriptions you can give on the day with a printed card or an email.

15 ideas, cheapest first. Price bands are typical; prices vary, so check before you buy.

Gifts that still arrive by Christmas Eve

If the shipping deadlines below have passed, give a gift that does not need a box: a membership, a subscription or an experience. Most can be bought online and sent by email, or printed and put in a card.

Source: USPS, 2026 Holiday Shipping Deadlines, checked October 17, 2026. These are the dates for sending a package yourself. Online stores set their own order cutoffs, usually a few days earlier, so check the store's holiday delivery page before you order. Ground Advantage to and from Alaska and Hawaii can take 10 days or more, so send those earlier.

Other ways to beat the clock: buy online and pick up in store the same day, where a store offers it; or choose a local experience (a class, a spa visit, a show) and give the booking.

Getting the timing right

Order personalized and made-to-order gifts at least two weeks ahead, and check delivery dates before you buy. For experiences, put a date or a short list of options in the card so the gift feels ready to use. If you are late, a digital gift card, a subscription or a booked experience can be given on the day with a printed note. Always include a gift receipt for anything with a size or color.
