What we know about you when you use Things She Wants, and what we do with it. This version: October 17, 2026.
What do you collect?
If you write to us through a form, we get what you type in: usually your name, email address and message. It is used to answer you, nothing else.
Newsletter sign-ups give us your email address. We use it to send the newsletter and nothing else, and you can leave at any time.
Like almost every website, our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We count things like clicks on outbound links, without names or email addresses.
What stays on my device?
Some pages remember your last entries in your own browser (local storage). Nothing is sent to us, and clearing site data wipes it.
Do you use cookies?
We don’t set tracking cookies of our own, and there is nothing to sign up for to read the site.
Should we use analytics or ads, their cookies help count visits and pick ads. Most browsers can block them.
When you click through to a store, that store’s cookies and privacy rules apply, and we may earn a commission.
Do you sell or share my data?
No one buys personal data from us. We share information only with the services that run the site (like our host and email provider), or when the law requires it.
How do I get my data deleted?
Questions, corrections or deletion requests: privacy@thingsshewants.com.
Anything else?
We don’t aim the site at children under 13 or knowingly collect their details. Check back here for any updates; the date tells you when it last changed.
